To me, food freedom is all about breaking free from what everyone else tells you health "should be" and instead creating a version of health that works for YOU. Maybe that's my inner rebel coming through, I've never been one for sticking to the rules. 

Truthfully, health didn't start to feel easy to me until I said "fu** all the diets, the trends, everyone's opinions, and the rules...I want to do what makes ME feel my best." And out of all the years I have been studying nutrition (7+) and all the clients I have coached (100+), it is still my expert opinion that creating a version of health that is completely tailored to you is the BEST method.

About Me

Hi I'm Natalie! Your Food Freedom Expert. I can't wait to help you transform your relationship with food and FINALLY feel at peace. 

I completely know where you're coming from, I struggled with my relationship with food, weight, and body confidence for 14 years. 

I have spent the last 7 years learning about nutrition science. I started with one nutrition course at a community college, then acquired a certification in Optimal Health and Wellness and Sport Nutrition, graduated with a master of science in Integrative Nutrition at the American College of Health Sciences, and have been specializing in coaching 100's of women struggling with binge eating for the last 2 years. 

My life changed in the best way when I found food freedom and I have been empowering women to do the same ever since. 

On a  personal note- I love being in nature, it makes me feel free. I love snowboarding, spending time with my husband and pup Barley, I have a passion for traveling, and love to be around my family. I love to laugh and try to be as optimistic as I can every day. I am quiet but love sarcasm. I enjoy pranking Austin whenever I can. I love to dance and try new things as much as I can.
